I come here almost every morning for the past two years. On the go app is a lifesaver. Line is usually super long. I've had an issue a few times with food missing or taking extra time but it's usually very busy when it happens. Staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Pretty standard Dunkin experience.
This location is half DD and half Baskin Robbins - so you can get ice cream cones, sundaes, cakes, etc.
There is an ATM and free WiFi.
Cleanliness:
Not dirty. Not spotless either. About average.
Service:
I've never had a problem. Drink is always accurate (I get what I asked for) and tastes good.

Really bad experience today. The older gentleman taking my order actually argued with me in a nasty tone . It was totally unwarranted. He did not know how to make an item I ordered and become very abrupt and agitated. Another employee had to step in and finish the order but not before he complained to me that I did not know what I was saying. It really should not be that difficult to scoop ice cream. 9 out 10 times the coffee orders are wrong too, I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Everything online says this location is open 24hrs.... doors were locked at 3am but the place looks open. Called the store and a guy answered. I asked if they're open 24 hours, he said "no we not" and hung up.. okay...?
